Taste the Peaks of Nepal
Organic, single-origin beans, hand-picked by Nepali mountain families at 1,500–2,100 metres, then small-batch roasted in Nepal.
Why Everest Bean

Online Store

Grown by smallholder farmers in the Ilam district of eastern Nepal, Himalayan Sunrise is hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried on raised beds at 1,800 metres above sea level. The result is a remarkably clean cup with vibrant citrus acidity, a silky body, and a lingering sweetness reminiscent of raw honey. Each bag supports fair-wage cooperatives in the region.
Arabica · Single Origin
Our cherries ripen slowly on terraced farms in Ilam and Annapurna, where cool mountain air, monsoon rain, and rich volcanic soil do the work — no chemicals needed. Hand-picked by smallholder cooperatives, then small-batch roasted in Melbourne.
